Kathleen Ney graduated cum laude with a degree in design from Cornish Institute of the Arts in Seattle, Washington. She has a consistent record of successful work and her strength is in interpreting art media and styles for market needs.

Her designs have been used for posters, greeting cards, giftwrap, sportswear and packaging. Art buyers and clients have included Canadian Art Prints, Crystal Creative Products, Hallmark, Intercontinental Art, Levi's, Nike, Nordstrom, Princess Cruise Lines, Portal Publishing, Target, Weyerhaeuser and many others.
